During our two prenatal visits (around 2 hours each), we'll create a personalized birth plan reflecting your unique preferences for your birth team. We'll delve into natural comfort measures, breathing techniques, labor positions suitable for home, birthing choices, navigating medical interventions, and postpartum preparation. We'll also craft a supportive partner plan, ensuring everyone feels confident and ready. These visits are a beautiful way to connect as a couple and build your birth toolbox together. By the end, you'll feel empowered and prepared to embrace the journey of labor.

From 37 weeks of pregnancy until your baby arrives, I'm on call 24/7 to provide support and answer any questions you may have. During early labor, we'll connect by phone every 3 hours to check in and offer guidance. Once active labor begins, I'll be by your side to offer continuous support, using natural comfort measures and helping you navigate your birth choices. I'll typically stay for 1-3 hours postpartum to ensure a smooth transition and answer any questions about those first precious moments with your newborn.

Included in your birth doula package is a personalized postpartum visit scheduled between 3-14 days after delivery. This visit focuses on your whole family's well-being. We'll address sleep, eating, and nursing challenges, and processing the birth experience. My goal is to ensure a smooth transition into parenthood and make sure everyone is thriving during this exciting, yet demanding, time.

I have a sliding scale from 2,000 - 2,500 which varies depending on needs and services chosen. Photographs are a gift to your family from me.
